Account Coordinator

Crestfield Talent is seeking an organized and relationship-focused Account Coordinator to support client accounts, internal communication, and day-to-day account activity.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day communication with assigned client accounts

• Maintain accurate account information in CRM systems

• Respond to routine client questions and requests

• Schedule calls, meetings, and follow-up activities

• Track open items and help ensure timely follow-up

• Coordinate account needs with internal departments

• Prepare basic account documentation and status updates

• Help keep account records and client activity organized
