ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. I’ve been with State Farm for 30 years, bringing decades of experience and industry knowledge to both our customers and team. I’m a proud graduate of The Ohio State University in Columbus, where I earned my B.A. Outside of work, I’m married with two children and love spending time outdoors. I’m also a big Buckeyes fan - my son is currently a junior at Ohio State, and my daughter is a proud Marine veteran.
Giving back is incredibly important to me. For the past seven years, I’ve volunteered with Meals on Wheels through Fairfield County’s Hub senior community. I’m also involved with Rotary and enjoy participating in local events and finding ways to serve and support the community around us.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As
Account Associate for Jesse Jones - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
