ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in March 2009 and currently lead a team of eight. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in the mortgage, title, and home equity industries, giving me a strong background in helping people navigate important financial decisions. I’m a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, married my high school sweetheart, and love spending time at my kids’ sporting events.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an
Account Associate for Becki Taylor - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
