ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of nine. State Farm has always been a big part of my life - I worked alongside my mom, who is also an agent, and I'm proud to be a third-generation State Farm agent. I originally went to college to become a teacher, and that passion for helping others learn and grow still influences how I lead my team today.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Shelby Fiandt - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
