Responsibilities:
Must be licensed and have prior insurance experience.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. This includes responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about their insurance options.
Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate total commitment to success every day.
