ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in August 2014 and currently lead a team of seven. I’ve been with State Farm for more than 20 years, bringing extensive industry experience and knowledge to both our customers and team. I’m a proud graduate of the University of Toledo, and outside of work, I’m a husband and proud father of two.
Family is a big part of my life, and I stay very involved with my kids’ sports, including coaching their teams. Those experiences reinforce many of the same values we bring to the office - teamwork, positivity, development, and helping people become their best.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an
Account Associate for Carl Vajdich - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
