The FirstSteps Team is inspired by the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential. To that end, our mission is twofold: to provide the best evidence-based, behavior analytic treatment to our children diagnosed with autism and related learning differences, and to offer a positive, collaborative, and dynamic work experience for our team. Great care starts with great people. As the Regional Training Manager of our Redondo Beach center, you'll help shape those people from day one.
We're looking for an experienced ABA professional who loves teaching, mentoring, and helping others build confidence in their clinical skills. You'll lead hands-on training for new Instructors, model ABA skills, provide feedback and encouragement, and be a go-to clinical resource as new team members begin their FirstSteps journey.
