Product Owner (Client-Facing)
About the role
We''re looking for a Product Owner who works directly with clients to shape the products we build together. You''ll be the main link between client stakeholders and our engineering teams. You''ll turn feedback and business needs into clear requirements, a prioritized backlog, and a roadmap everyone can rally behind.
What you''ll do
- Serve as the main day-to-day contact for client stakeholders on product direction and priorities
- Run regular feedback sessions, demos and check-ins to understand how the product is working for users and where it can improve
- Gather, clarify and document product requirements, and turn business needs into well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria
- Create and maintain Jira tickets, and keep the backlog groomed, prioritized and ready for the team
- Partner with engineering and QA leads in sprint planning so the right work gets pulled into each sprint
- Build and own the product roadmap, balancing client priorities, technical constraints and delivery capacity
- Track milestones, progress and risks, and share clear status updates with clients and internal leadership
- Manage scope and expectations, and handle trade-off conversations with clients when priorities shift
- Act as the voice of the client inside the delivery team, and the voice of the team with the client
