What Youll Do:- Provide nursing care to cardiac and telemetry patients, utilizing nursing practices aligned with standards.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
- Assess and document patient history, symptoms, and care provided.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
What You Need:Required:- Valid RN license in Louisiana or a compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
- 1 year of experience in telemetry or related nursing specialty
- Ability to work 12-hour days on a Monday through Saturday schedule (every other weekend)
Preferred:- Experience with cardiac and telemetry units
- Strong patient assessment and communication skills
