Job Summary
The Replenishment Specialist is responsible for restocking primary bins with overflow stock using a handheld scanner and stand-up reach truck. They are to point out and communicate issues found/seen on the floor to respective inventory team members. This team member should be accurate and detail-oriented. He/she will help with inventory projects related to replenishment task. The Replenishment Specialist will report directly to the Assistant Inventory Manager and Inventory Manager. Specialists are trained to multi-task and are taught methods to work both individually and as a team committing to a positive work culture.
SHIFT SCHEDULE
Monday-Thursday from 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM
Starting wage is $21.00/hr and a potential of up to $0.88 in raises every 6 months
We only accept W-2 candidates, H-1B sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities
Complete a minimum of 10 replenishments per hour
Have a clean as you go mentality, removing trash and empty skids from bins
Communicate inventory discrepancies with respective inventory team members
Maintain performance, safety, and cultural expectations
Report any damages to product seen in bins
Report any forklift incidents
Be respectful to lift traffic in warehouse and communicate direction
Operate the stand-up reach truck
Other duties as assigned by team lead outside area of responsibility
Physical Requirements
Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.
Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs.
Qualifications
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a distribution environment; shipping, receiving and/or inventory experience preferred
Education
