TempExperts is seeking a 3PL Logistics Manager for a fast-paced operation in Miami, FL. This role oversees outbound distribution across multiple warehouse locations and third-party logistics providers. The position ensures timely, accurate order fulfillment, maintains inventory integrity, optimizes transportation spend, and supports cross-functional teams. Position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee outbound operations across internal warehouses and 3PL partners.
• Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for outbound processes.
• Monitor inbound goods arriving at 3PLs and coordinate labor and space planning.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance across all 3PL locations.
• Negotiate transportation rates and services with carriers and 3PL partners.
• Manage carrier and 3PL performance, including selection and ongoing evaluation.
• Conduct bi-weekly performance meetings and routine on-site visits.
• Support Sales and Customer Service teams with freight quotes and shipment escalations. 
• Analyze transportation spend and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and address recurring operational issues.
• Prepare accurate and timely operational reports for leadership.

Requirements/Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in outbound logistics or warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of TMS and WMS systems.
• Experience negotiating transportation and 3PL contracts.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to manage transportation spend.
• Demonstrated leadership and delegation abilities.
