Summary:• Full-time 2nd Shift Distribution Coordinator position in Fort Wayne, Indiana
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and distribution operations
• Support warehouse workflow, inventory movement, and order fulfillment
Responsibilities:• Coordinate and distribution activities, including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory movement
• Monitor workflow and staffing levels, assigning tasks and adjusting priorities to meet daily operational goals
• Communicate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to resolve shipping discrepancies and operational delays
• Maintain compliance with company safety standards, OSHA regulations, and warehouse procedures
• Track and report key performance metrics including shipment timelines, productivity, and inventory accuracy
Requirements:• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience • Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and positive attitude
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
