Physical Therapist | Dayton, OH area | Days (M-F)

This is a full-time position (40 hrs/week ,traveling to patient homes in the Dayton area. M – F, no weekends required, but flexible scheduling allows weekend visits if clinician chooses. 

The weekly productivity expectation is 7 visits/day or 35 visits per week. 

Geographic location of the position covers Dayton, Brookville, Eaton, West Alexandria

1 year PT experience required

Patient population – adults, geriatrics
State licensure required
CPR required
Home Care Home Base (EMR system)

Flexible contract length- 13 to 26 weeks
