    POSITION TITLE: 2027 Client Contracts Operations Specialist Intern

    DEPARTMENT: Legal Administration

    • Federated Hermes Summer Internship Program gives students real hands-on experience, professional skill-building, and direct access to talented leaders across the firm. Youll gain valuable insight into the asset management industry, build your network, and take part in engaging events throughout the summer designed to foster collaboration, connect you with the firm and your fellow interns.

    Purpose of the Internship:

    As a Legal Intern, you will receive a broad and in-depth understanding of the Legal Administration Department through assisting in completion of projects that support corporate initiatives.

    Major Duties:

    • Prepare for quarterly purge
    • Update Iron Mountain Boxes for executed and terminated agreements
    • Maintenance of Legal Entity contacts and out of out of business firms
    • Metadata refresh
    • Termination letter projects for out of business firms
    • Assist with current projects
    • Analyze data and make decisions from that data

    Hours/Location:

    • 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
    • Federated Hermes - Warrendale, PA 15086
    • Hybrid work arrangement (4 days in office / 1 day remote)

    Explanatory Comments:

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
    • Solid reading comprehension
    • Oral and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills

    Position Specifications:

    • Pursuing or willing to pursue a law degree preferred
    • Proficiency in database use, Docusign, SharePoint required
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Products including Word, Outlook and Excel required
    • COMMENCEMENT DATE: 09/17/2026
