Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday-Friday

As a Document Review Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of mortgage files. You'll collaborate with the team to maintain compliance and support various administrative tasks. What You'll Do

As a Document Review Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Review mortgage files for completeness and accuracy
• Audit files to ensure all required forms and documents are included and compliant
• Flag errors or discrepancies found in the electronic system
• Compare system information against actual documents
• Process reinstatements and allonges, along with trailing documents
• Assist with special projects and other assigned tasks

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous data entry skills and comfort with Microsoft Word
• Knowledge of 10-Key data entry and general data entry experience
• Clerical or administrative background
• Live Scan background screening clearance
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
