1st Shift - Commercial Flooring Warehouse Associate

The ideal candidate will have sit-down forklift experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Must pass a background check, drug screening, and any required skill testing.

Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our team.We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with warehouse and inventory experience who is committed to safety, accuracy, and excellent attendance. The ideal candidate will have sit-down forklift experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shift/Hours:

• 1st Shift
• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 1-hour unpaid lunch break
• Occasional Saturdays required

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize incoming products
• Maintain and control inventory
• Ensure delivery trucks are loaded with the correct tools and materials
• Operate a sit-down forklift as needed
• Read and use a tape measure accurately
• Assist with general warehouse duties
• Operate a carpet cutting machine (experience is a plus)

Requirements:

• Previous sit-down forklift experience required
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment
• Steel-toe boots required
• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and any required skill testing
