• Nice to Have: Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Cameo Enterprise Architecture, IBM DOORS, SysML / UPDM, Agile / JIRA / Confluence, DXL Scripting

Role & Responsibilities

• Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using Cameo and DOORS to support system architecture, functional/trade-study analyses, and requirements translation across the full lifecycle.

• Conduct requirements allocation, interface definition studies, and timeline/functional analyses.

• Work as a cross-IPT (Integrated Product Team) technical integrator across design, logistics, and specialty engineering.

• Participate in Engineering Review Boards (ERBs), customer presentations, and capture efforts (SSOW/SDRL/CDRL).

Qualification Levels

Level Degree & Experience Requirements Engineer Systems 3 BS + 5 yrs OR MS + 3 yrs OR PhD + 1 yr Engineer Systems 4 BS + 8 yrs OR MS + 6 yrs OR PhD + 4 yrs Engineer Systems 5 BS + 12 yrs OR MS + 10 yrs OR PhD + 8 yrs

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with military/spacecraft systems, INCOSE CSEP certification, Agile framework, and Top Secret clearance.
