Role Overview
Our Sr. Implementation Manager- RPO drives successful client outcomes by managing the end-to-end implementation of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions for new and existing clients.
This role supports global RPO projects, partnering with client stakeholders, internal COEs, and operations teams to deliver process design, technology enablement, and change management solutions.
This position is part of an evolving global team and is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced, and innovative environment.
