What you'll do...
As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. This role requires deep customer and technical insight, strong stakeholder collaboration, and ownership of multi-quarter product vision and roadmaps. You will influence product direction, mentor peers, and leverage data-driven decision-making to optimize performance. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure alignment with business goals while advancing innovation and operational excellence within the product area. This position demands a strategic mindset and authoritative leadership without direct people management responsibilities.

Collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business partners, the team manages product lifecycle, prioritizes initiatives using data-driven insights, and explores emerging technologies. Members influence cross-functional stakeholders, mentor peers, and continuously seek improvements to deliver impactful solutions that align with broader business goals while maintaining high standards of integrity and operational excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
