About the team:
The Walmart AI Product and Design Talent Acquisition team leads strategic technology hiring across multiple U.S. locations, focusing on engineering, data, product, and infrastructure roles. Acting as trusted advisors, the team partners with senior leaders on workforce planning, skill segmentation, and hiring velocity. Utilizing market intelligence, data insights, and structured assessments, they enhance hiring quality and develop sustainable recruitment models. Managing complex, high-volume technical recruitment, the team influences organizational design and business outcomes, supporting Walmart’s innovation and growth objectives through effective talent acquisition strategy, market analysis, and stakeholder management.
What you'll do:

• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation competitiveness, and time-to-fill considerations using market data and analytics.
• Develop and implement role-specific hiring strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce planning needs.
• Design targeted sourcing approaches for critical skill sets, leveraging market intelligence and competitor analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders to refine interview frameworks and improve candidate evaluation consistency.
• Monitor recruiting metrics to identify process bottlenecks and recommend workflow improvements.
• Negotiate offer packages balancing market data and internal equity to secure top talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to influence hiring decisions effectively.

What you'll bring:
Proven expertise recruiting design talent across UX, Product Design, UI/Visual Design, Design Research, Content Design, and Design Leadership, with a strong understanding of design disciplines and talent markets. Strong ability to review and assess design portfolios Experience partnering with hiring teams to build structured, skills-based interview processes that improve consistency and maintain a high bar for design talent. Proficiency in analyzing recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and market data to identify gaps, improve conversion, and proactively adjust recruiting strategy. The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
