Role summary: The (USA) Director, People leads the development and execution of human resources strategies aligned with business objectives, driving organizational change and workforce development. This role ensures compliance with applicable laws and company policies while fostering ethical standards and integrity. By leveraging data analysis and cross-functional collaboration, the Director provides actionable insights to support talent management, succession planning, and performance improvement. The position champions continuous learning, operational excellence, and strong partnerships to enhance associate engagement and business outcomes within a dynamic and evolving environment. What you'll do:
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with business goals to support organizational growth and change initiatives.
  • Advise business leaders on human resources matters, ensuring consistent execution of HR practices and compliance with regulations.
  • Lead data analysis efforts to inform decision-making, identify risks, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Oversee talent management processes including recruitment, development, succession planning, and workforce capability enhancement.
  • Foster a culture of integrity and ethical conduct by modeling company values and promoting compliance.
  • Build strong partnerships across functions to drive business objectives and support associate engagement and performance.
