    Description

    ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Billing Quality Analyst serves as a critical control point across the Opportunity-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle, ensuring billing accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role combines pre-invoice validation, post-billing audit, and analytical review to detect discrepancies, prevent revenue leakage, and drive continuous process improvement.Perform pre-invoice validation of orders, contracts, pricing, and billing schedulesConduct post-invoice audits of billing transactions and accounts receivableInvestigate billing discrepancies and identify root causesValidate product configurations, SKUs, and entitlementsIdentify billing risks and data inconsistenciesPartner cross-functionally to resolve issuesDevelop and enforce billing quality standardsTrack and report KPIs including billing accuracy and error ratesBuild dashboards and analytical reportsLead process improvement initiativesSupport system implementations and testingIdentify automation and AI opportunities in billingEnsure compliance with policies and audit requirementsProvide training and mentorship to team membersQualificationsAssociate's Degree (AA) in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experienceExperience auditing contracts, pricing, and billing termsExperience in MSP, SaaS, or services-based environmentsExposure to subscription or usage-based billing modelsExperience is supporting auditsAttention to detailWorking knowledge of ERP, PSA, or billing systemsAdvanced analytical skillsRemote: Job duties are performed from the employee's home or another approved remote location.
