Sales Manager Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in mentoring and developing a sales professionals across multiple lines of business, including Personal, Commercial, and Employee Benefits. Reporting directly to the Leadership Team, the Sales Manager will oversee a team of 10-15 producers, with a focus on skill development, strategic planning, and achieving sales validation. Base Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 (commensurate with experience)
Bonus Structure: Performance-based (to be developed based on producer production)

Responsibilities
Develop and train new producers, creating and tracking 24-36 month validation plans.
Lead strategic planning for individual producers and team production.
Support producers in new business presentations and accompany them on client appointments.
Identify and assist in onboarding future producers.
Set clear KPIs and provide sales and marketing assistance.
Travel to various office locations to work closely with unvalidated producers.
Foster the development of soft skills and ensure producers achieve validation.
Collaborate with the Leadership Team to align sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses: Active P&C License or L&H License required.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in insurance sales, with a strong preference for candidates with Personal Lines experience. Prior experience managing and mentoring sales professionals is essential.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Applied EPIC is a plus.
