Qualifications

What we need from you:

• Previous experience as a New Car Manager, Sales Manager, or other automotive sales leadership role.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience managing inventory, pricing, and dealership performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems, CRM platforms, and automotive technology.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)
