See's Candies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Shop Manager in Gilbert, AZ, to support retail operations. You'll assist the Shop Manager in achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of retail management experience and strong leadership skills.
