Reporting Analyst-Senior

Our client, a Financial company, is looking for a Reporting Analyst-Senior for their Salt Lake City, UT/Columbus, OH/Plano, TX location.

Responsibilities:

• The Retail Banking Operations Analyst is pivotal in supporting the operational reporting and analysis functions of the Bank's consumer deposit business. This role is instrumental in overseeing all processes, reporting, and monitoring related to the bank's deposit portfolio, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Prepare and initiate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with retail deposit operations team for all needs associated with the consumer deposit program. - (40%)
• Support both internal and outsourced servicing operations, enhancing, developing, and automating new processes and procedures, utilizing tools such as Enterprise Workflow. - (40%)
• Liaise with internal departments including accounting, marketing, fraud, risk and data management to support reporting and analytical needs, ensuring regulatory compliance and performance alignment. - (20%)

Requirements:

• Enterprise Workflow or equivalent workflow tool experience
• Query Writing/Reporting
• Collaboration
• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in banking operations.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or ad hoc reporting.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent, relevant work experience
• 6+ years of experience in Banking, Bank Operations, and Bank Products.
