Cold Prep/Line Server

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cold Prep/Line Server to join our culinary team in Houston. In this role, you'll prepare and serve cold food items while upholding the highest standards of quality, presentation, and food safety.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 6 a.m. - 2 p.m.
• Occasional evenings and weekends catering events
• Summers off

Pay Type:

$15.00 - $17.00 Hourly

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.

Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences.

Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes.

Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).

Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred.

Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.

Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
