Opportunity (Part-Time): Strategic Planner (Senior Level)Bottom Line Up Front: Hoplite Group is seeking an experienced Strategic Planner (Senior Level) to support a SOCOM awarded contract with comprehensive, integrated analytical, operational, and informational support. The Strategic Planner will contribute to this mission by developing and aligning engagement strategies with national and Department-level guidance, synchronizing planning efforts across key stakeholders, assessing program performance, and producing strategic documentation and recommendations for senior decision-makers.

Objective: Provide senior-level strategic planning and analytical support to align organizational activities, resources, and engagement strategies with national, Department-level, and operational objectives.The Strategic Planner will analyze strategic environments, assess competitive landscapes, prioritize activities and resources, and synchronize and de-conflict planning efforts across foreign partners, Department components, Combatant Commands, and interagency stakeholders.The position will also support trans-regional psychological operations (PSYOP) planning and integration by developing strategic documentation, assessing capabilities and feasibility, evaluating program performance, and providing recommendations to senior U.S. and international officials.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrated senior-level experience in strategic or operational planning supporting special operations, including development and alignment of plans and strategies with national, Department-level, or Combatant Command guidance and objectives.
- Experience coordinating and synchronizing planning activities across Department components, Combatant Commands, interagency organizations, foreign partners, and other strategic stakeholders.
- Experience developing plans, programs, policies, procedures, strategic approaches, and senior-level recommendations in support of operational or organizational objectives.
- Experience conducting strategic research and analysis and producing professional papers, memoranda, briefings, and recommendations for senior-level officials.
- Experience developing or applying Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs), Measures of Performance (MOPs), feasibility assessments, capability analysis, or other methodologies used to assess program and operational effectiveness.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience integrating Psychological Operations (PSYOP), Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), or related information-focused activities into strategic or operational planning.
- Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Level I required.
- Graduate of a recognized Information Operations Planner course.
- Current Department of War (DoW) TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
