We are actively seeking a talented and experienced.NET Developer to join a high-impact client engagement in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Microsoft technologies who are passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft stack—including.NET Core, Azure, SharePoint, and Office 365. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust technical solutions that meet complex business requirements, while ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and seamless deployment.

This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, technical leadership, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy web applications using.NET Core and related Microsoft technologies
Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services for enterprise applications
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope
Integrate applications with cloud platforms (Azure) and third-party services
Maintain and enhance existing applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and security
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the development lifecycle
Document technical specifications, workflows, and deployment procedures
Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate

Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on experience in.NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native application design
Experience with SharePoint, Office 365, and enterprise integration patterns
Proficiency in SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and Agile methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
