AM Line Cook / Prep Cook
The Princess Anne Country Club is looking for experienced Line Cooks. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in a scratch kitchen, enjoys working in a busy environment, is capable of taking direction, and multi-tasking efficiently. We are seeking a reliable and motivated AM Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is organized, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to preparing high-quality food while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
Position: AM Cook / Morning Line Cook
- Morning shifts
- Weekends and holidays may be required
- Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast and/or lunch menu items according to recipes and standards
- Complete daily prep work including chopping, portioning, stocking, and labeling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met
- Assist with inventory and restocking supplies
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Open kitchen and prepare stations for service
Qualifications:
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs
- Food handler certification preferred
