\Maintenance Technician, EPA Universal Certification, Southside area

Overview: 

We seek a highly skilled, AC-certified Maintenance Technician for our 250-unit apartment complex. This is a full-time position and is available immediately.

The ideal candidate must possess at least 2 years of experience as a multifamily technician. In addition:

• Must have extensive knowledge of HVAC, including complete system replacement and electrical, plumbing, and general apartment maintenance
• Complete work orders
• Respond and resolve emergency maintenance requests (on-call)
• Turn vacant units
• Assist with maintaining the grounds
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address maintenance concerns promptly

Licenses and Certifications:

• EPA (Required)
• HVAC (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• 2 years of multi-unit apartment property experience (Required)
