This role focuses heavily on electrical troubleshooting and repair while also supporting general maintenance operations throughout the property.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, panels, breakers, outlets, lighting, and wiringDiagnosing power outages, electrical malfunctions, and resident service concernsCompleting preventative maintenance to ensure safety and system reliabilityPerforming general maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and paintingResponding to service requests and emergency maintenance calls in a timely mannerPreparing apartment homes for new residents with attention to detail and quality workmanshipMaintaining grounds, common areas, and GOZones to company standardsDocumenting work orders accurately within company systemsSupporting a positive resident experience through professional and courteous communicationFollowing all OSHA, safety, and company proceduresWhat We're Looking For3–5+ years of hands‑on electrical experience in residential, commercial, or multifamily environmentsStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsKnowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and preventative maintenance practicesExperience with general apartment maintenance preferredAbility to work independently and collaboratively with a teamStrong communication and organizational skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationEPA, CAMT, or CPO certifications are a plusAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks dailyInterested so far?
