    Maintenance Lead – Manufacturing Night ShiftLocation: Manufacturing FacilityStatus: Immediate HireJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to oversee night‑shift maintenance operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring machinery reliability, troubleshooting complex systems, and leading maintenance activities in compliance with food & beverage GMP standards. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, combined with leadership skills to guide a team toward operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesPreventative Maintenance — Plan and perform scheduled maintenance on manufacturing machinery.Troubleshooting — Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.PLC & Equipment Repair — Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, test equipment, and control systems.Production Setup — Prepare, set up, and optimize equipment for scheduled production runs.Emergency Repairs — Provide unscheduled repairs during production to minimize downtime.Blueprint & Manual Interpretation — Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and work orders to perform required service.Ensure compliance with GMP standards, SOPs, and safety policies, including lockout/tagout procedures.Lead and mentor night‑shift maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.QualificationsProven experience as a Maintenance Technician or Lead in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Experience with AC/DC motors, control systems, schematic reading, PLC troubleshooting, and equipment optimization.Ability to comply with food and beverage GMP standards.Skilled in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team on night shift.#J-18808-Ljbffr
