Caregiver Relations / HR Specialist
Location: Brooklyn, NY Salary: $55K-$65K
We are looking to hire a Caregiver Relations / HR Specialist for our Brooklyn office. This position will focus on supporting our caregivers throughout their employment and helping to improve retention and customer service. Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing new hires after onboarding
- Serving as the main point of contact for caregiver questions and concerns
- Assisting with assigning and staffing cases in partnership with Coordination
- Helping caregivers stay actively working
- Resolving issues quickly and efficiently
- Building strong relationships with caregivers to improve retention
We are looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Friendly, approachable, and people-oriented
- A strong problem solver
- Excellent at customer service
- Experienced in home care (HR experience preferred; coordination experience is a plus)
This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Brooklyn office. Remote work is not available.
