HR Recruiter

We are hiring for an HR Recruiter in Racine, Wisconsin. This role will support a successful mid-sized manufacturer who is experiencing growth. If you have at least two years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.

HR Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Full Cycle Recruiting
• Sourcing, phone screens
• Setting up interviews with hiring managers
• Coordinating next steps and offers with hiring managers
• Set up prescreening and onboarding of new hires

Requirements:

• Two or more years of recruiting experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in HR
• Comfortable working in ADP software
• Professional, well-spoken, and able to multi-task

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
