Customer Service Rep
Randstad is looking for a customer service rep in Roanoke, VA who is responsible for handling high-volume inbound customer service inquiries and complaints regarding consumer lending and credit card profiles. The role requires simultaneous multi-system navigation. Shift days/hours: requires working either Saturday or Sunday with one weekday off 11:30am-8:00pm. Training days/hours: 8:00-4:30 (mon-friday) 8 weeks of training salary: $18 - $20 per hour.
