POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for ensuring that all retirement plans administered by the organization comply with applicable federal regulations, including ERISA, IRS, and Department of Labor (DOL) requirements. This role oversees compliance processes, supports plan onboarding, monitors regulatory changes, and provides guidance to internal teams and clients to minimize risk and maintain operational integrity.
