Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth management of the property
- Lead, train, and motivate on-site office and maintenance teams
- Maintain occupancy targets and monitor rent collection and delinquency rates
- Conduct regular property inspections to uphold safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal
- Approve budgeted expenditures and assist with hiring and staffing decisions
- Respond promptly to resident requests and ensure a high standard of customer service
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family property management
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance in leasing, marketing, and collections
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
