    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth management of the property
    • Lead, train, and motivate on-site office and maintenance teams
    • Maintain occupancy targets and monitor rent collection and delinquency rates
    • Conduct regular property inspections to uphold safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal
    • Approve budgeted expenditures and assist with hiring and staffing decisions
    • Respond promptly to resident requests and ensure a high standard of customer service
    • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, safety regulations, and company policies
    • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family property management
    • Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance in leasing, marketing, and collections
    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
