Client Services Representative (CSR).
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contactand brand ambassador for our client's state-of-the-art training center. You will work directly at the client's site to deliver a top-tier hospitality and administrative experience for visiting guests, partners, and executive-level stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Support & Hospitality:- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, service requests, and pre-training outreach.
- Warmly greet and check in all arriving clients and guests at the training center.
- Provide high-touch support to visiting participants, including high-level and executive stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver hospitality items, schedules, and event badges to clients and partner locations (such as local hotels).
Operations & Event Support:- Ensure classrooms and event spaces are set up properly with all required materials prior to sessions.
- Troubleshoot unexpected client or facility issues and coordinate swift, effective solutions.
- Support a dynamic, 24/7 training environment with variable scheduling needs.
Administrative & Logistics Coordination:- Organize meetings and manage facility schedules using Microsoft Outlook and internal tools.
- Generate shipping labels and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments (e.g., FedEx).
- Track classroom inventory, draft purchase requisitions, and coordinate supply ordering.
- Serve as a seamless liaison between visiting clients and internal organizational departments.
Work Schedule & Hours- Status: Part-time, Onsite
- Standard Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday (Schedule may vary slightly based on training schedules and business needs).
- Environment: Fast-paced, professional client-facing training center environment.
Candidate QualificationsMinimum Qualifications- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or hospitality.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and a quick ability to learn new software.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a consistently professional demeanor.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and the utmost respect for confidential/sensitive information.
- Schedule Availability: Willingness and flexibility to work weekends and variable shifts as needed.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to stand, stoop, squat, climb stairs, and use step ladders.
- Comfort working in confined spaces and spending extended time on the phone.
Preferred Qualifications- Associate degree or higher.
- Prior experience supporting C-suite or executive-level clients.
- Background in hotel concierge, travel, hospitality, or corporate event logistics.
- Familiarity with Apple products and iOS applications.
- Proven track record of proactive problem-solving and driving customer satisfaction.
