(5366) Avionics Supply Chain Program Manager

Responsibilities include managing supplier performance, coordinating technical and program requirements, overseeing End Item Data Packages (EIDPs), driving schedule execution, mitigating supply chain and technical risks, supporting product testing and qualification activities, and developing recovery plans when issues arise. This role serves as the critical link between engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, test, and external suppliers, ensuring avionics products move successfully from new product introduction through production and qualification.

We are seeking an Avionics Supply Chain Program Manager to lead the development, sourcing, and delivery of complex avionics hardware in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role serves as the critical link between engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, test, and external suppliers, ensuring avionics products move successfully from new product introduction through production and qualification. Responsibilities include managing supplier performance, coordinating technical and program requirements, overseeing End Item Data Packages (EIDPs), driving schedule execution, mitigating supply chain and technical risks, supporting product testing and qualification activities, and developing recovery plans when issues arise. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex electronic products, working closely with contract manufacturers, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver hardware on schedule and within budget. Success in this role requires strong project management, supplier management, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative environment. Aerospace, avionics, electronics manufacturing, or advanced technology product development experience is strongly preferred, with willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
Compensation:  $90.00/hr.
