Are you a Medical Assistant who enjoys building relationships with patients and being part of a close-knit healthcare team? Med-Scribe has partnered with an established OB/GYN practice in Rochester, NY, seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join its clinical staff. This is a great opportunity to put your patient care skills to work in a supportive practice focused on womens health.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain vital signs, height, weight and medical histories
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures
• Prepare, clean and stock exam and procedure rooms
• Help maintain clinical equipment and supplies
• Work closely with the Clinical Coordinator, LPNs and other team members to support efficient patient care
• Follow established patient confidentiality, OSHA and practice safety protocols

Location: 14620 area of Rochester, NY

Pay & Benefits: $20-26/hour, based on experience. Includes a comprehensive benefits package:

Schedule:

• Regular: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, with some flexibility needed based on practice operations

Job Requirements

• Medical Assistant training or relevant clinical experience
• OB/GYN experience preferred
• Familiarity with Medent software is a plus
• Strong patient care, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a busy medical practice
• Recent Medical Assistant graduates are encouraged to apply!
