Now, within the apply process, candidates can build a professional resume from scratch quickly and easily. Our resume-builder tool uses multiple data sources to auto-populate companies as job seekers type them in, and intuitively suggests various skills related to each job title. Within minutes, candidates who wish to apply have a complete, optimized resume they can then use to apply to jobs.

Not only does this feature provide a better experience for job seekers, improving their chances of being considered for jobs, it also creates better data for recruiters to find candidates when they search.
