• Each job posting’s Candidate Appeal Score is automatically calculated before you post, with real-time tips on how to get your post to a 100% rating 
• Fewer pop-up tips, so nothing stands in your way of posting faster
• You don't have to be a great writer: the tool serves up tone suggestions and flags language for gender neutrality and overall appeal
