Our representatives meet remotely with individuals who have signed up to receive supplemental benefits that help protect their families beyond what their employer covers. Their role is to consult with the family, explain the available options, and help them select the plan that best fits their needs. Successful reps are great communicators who are ambitious, motivated, and organized.
