Two or more years of experience in project management, preferred Ā· Prior experience within a regulated industry (e.g., medical device, pharma, automotive, aerospace), preferred Ā· Managed/supported projects cross-functionally in an iterative, fast paced environment Ā· Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Ā· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ā· High attention to detail while managing multiple complex deliverables and stakeholder groups required Ā· Ability to learn quickly, deal with ambiguity, take initiative and achieve results required IQVIA MedTech CFS takes the approach to helping customers drive healthcare forward in this challenging and fast-paced environment. ***** This role will be a 6 month contract** **Job Responsibilities:** Ā· Plan, coordinate, and execute small project, as assigned Ā· Manage customer remediation for all applicable field actions Ā· Monitor and report on field action budget, both expense to date and forecast Ā· Attain required expertise in all databases that house product data for the platform (SAP, SharePoint) Ā· Attain a thorough knowledge of processes for field actions/recalls Ā· Assist Senior Project Managers with preparing the remediation team for new field actions Ā· Contact customers to schedule remediation projects with the customer, including building out detailed remediation project schedules with customers.
