Job Summary: The Roadway Worker in Charge (RWIC) position is responsible for on-site roadway worker protection for activities on and around live railroad tracks. This role involves job site coordination, dispatcher/train communication, and ensuring On-Track Safety in both controlled and non-controlled track areas. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: <ul><li>Jobsite Protection: Provide the required protection on each assignment, ensuring error-free and rule-compliant operations.
