We'll provide the training and resources you need to assess customers' needs, perform basic services and partner with other agents as needed on more complex repairs. As a Geek Squad Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for people seeking technology support, knowledge and solutions for computers and other devices at our local Best Buy store.
Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, following up on leads, marketing listings, scheduling showings, hosting open houses, advising clients on pricing and market conditions, coordinating with lenders and title companies, and ensuring smooth transaction processes from contract to closing. Success in this role requires being proactive, disciplined, and adept at building relationships, generating leads, negotiating contracts, managing transactions, and staying informed about market trends.
This role encompasses selling various insurance products, such as life, health, auto, and property insurance, to both new and existing customers, while also delivering exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, and assisting with policy management and claims support.
