Your daily tasks will include prospecting for new clients, following up on leads, marketing listings, scheduling showings, hosting open houses, advising clients on pricing and market conditions, coordinating with lenders and title companies, and ensuring seamless transaction management from contract to closing. The perfect candidate is energetic, resilient, coachable, professional, and dedicated to providing outstanding client experiences through persistence, urgency, and clear communication.

This role offers a Scholarship to obtain your Real Estate License for just $300 through convenient, on-demand remote courses.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect daily for new clients through calls, texts, networking, referrals, and community outreach
  • Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
  • Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their goals and create a plan to help them succeed
  • Show homes, host open houses, and conduct listing appointments
  • Educate clients on market conditions, pricing, and the buying or selling process
  • Negotiate offers and contracts with confidence and professionalism
  • Coordinate transactions from contract to close with attention to detail
  • Build strong client relationships through excellent communication and service
  • Use CRM tools to track conversations, appointments, and follow-up tasks
  • Market listings and personal brand through social media, online platforms, and local networking
  • Stay up to date on inventory, market trends, and neighborhood activity
  • Attend trainings, team meetings, and coaching sessions to sharpen skills and improve performance
  • Work evenings and weekends as needed to meet client demands
  • Bring a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and hustle-first mindset every day

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
