Collaborate with entire design team and project managers to prepare and develop detailed construction documents for projects including, but not limited to, demo and framing plans, mechanical and electrical layouts, interior and exterior elevations, structural plans including sections and details, and site plans/surveys. The Project Designer will play a crucial role in leading the development and execution of architectural plans and drawings for various construction projects as well as coordinate with homeowners, subcontractors, project managers, and field superintendents during the entire design process.
