Its functions are split equally between delivery and internal employee enablement, whereby half of the role is customer-facing and involves serving Salesforce's enterprise customers as a technical advisor, and the other half is spent on enabling CSG employees on Data 360 by providing technical expertise; documenting reference architecture; building reusable tools, assets, and patterns; assisting with enablement sessions; and providing from-the-field feedback (Voice of the Customer) to the Product and Engineering organizations to contribute to product enhancements. Partner with customers and account teams to assess business challenges, identify high-impact use cases, define solution scope, develop detailed technical designs, and articulate the business value of proposed solutions to foster successful adoption and identify future opportunities.

In this job, you'll lead a team of subject matter experts and collaborate with cross functional organizations in the implementation of major initiatives and projects; while supporting operational teams through adoption of new technology as SCE evolves abilities to monitor and control the grid of the future.

In this job, you'll hone your communication and problem-solving skills, make key connections internally and externally, including with state and federal agencies, learn about core company functions, create regulatory pathways for priority initiatives, and interact with leadership.

This role focuses on power market modeling, production cost modeling, integrated resource planning, and strategic advisory, helping clients navigate complex market dynamics, regulatory environments, and energy transition challenges.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in energy systems modeling (e.g., PLEXOS, ProMod, GridView, etc), quantitative analytics, and electricity market operations, along with experience delivering client-facing insights across generation, transmission, and emerging energy technologies.
